This recipe has become a family favourite. My kids range in age from 12 to 16 and request this meal a least once every couple of weeks.

One of the best dishes I have ever prepared. The spices jumped out at you and everything cooked to perfection. I would use this with pasta as well. I made garlic bread the first time and used it to cover my plate, pouring the dish over the bread to get the juices soaked into it. A little runny but you can fix that with less stock, reducing the fluids more or just more bread. Overall one of the BEST dishes I have ever eaten or prepared. Truly a wonderful meal.

I admit that I didn't have shallots or saffron but it was still delicious. I found that it was a bit too juicy for me so in the future, I might reduce the liquid a little as I threw a bunch of it out. I put it over a little pasta and my husband said it was a winner. Thanks for the recipe, Rachel!

This was easy and very yummy. My family loved this recipe and we will make it again. I found that the recommended prep time was longer than what was stated in the recipe. The prep time was more like a half hour when you account for the time necessary for peeling the shrimp, chopping the scallions and garlic. We served in bowls rather than plates because of the juices.

This was absolutely incredible. I followed the recipe exactly, used imported Italian canned tomatoes which I think really set it off. Had some fresh pasta so also served that but had crusty bread the next day, either works. Great recipe for special occasions, although not difficult the ingredients are not exactly what I use for a casual everyday dinner. Thanks

I made this last night for dinner and we loved it! Don't scrimp on the sauce - it is scrumptious. Will make again.
