This has got to be one of the most elegant dishes I have made ...ever ! So easy to prepare too , the last time I made it , we served it as a soup , along with a spinach salad & of course the crusty bread & WOW ... what a supper

This meal combined the perfect amount of flavor to accompany shrimp and scallops. The sauce is worth savoring even if you're not a big fan of bread "sopping". Easy to make although the saffron threads were a bit difficult to find in my town.

I added a little extra crushed red peppers and served this dish over angel hair pasta. By far the best recipe I've made from Rachel's show. My whole family loved it! Next time I'd cut back on the scallops. More than enough for 6 people to eat a hearty helping!

This is one of my favorites! Everyone loved it and, just as Rachel says, it tastes like it cooked all day. I added some cooked cod to it for a little more meatiness, and it was perfect. I'm sure any firm mild fish would do great in it. I LOVE RACHEL!

Really good recipe......tastes even better the next day. I put this dish over rice and it was delicious. I feel it would be more like a soup/stew if you didn't put it over pasta or rice. I would definately make it again.

I am always a fan of Rachael's recipies, and this will definitely become one of my favorites. The flavors are great, very distinctive, with nothing being overpowering. This is a great dish that I am sure that I will cook again.

This is by far one of the best, and easiest, meals I have made. I couldn't mess it up if I tried (and I did my best to try.
