This was quick, easy and very very impressive. My company went nuts for it and thought I had worked all day slaving over a hot stove. I also tossed in angel hair pasta and it was a perfect meal with a light salad.

Great recipe. I used additional lemon and served over pasta.

I made this for my wife and followed the recipe exactly using fresh basil leaves from my own plant in the yard. She loved it and even asked for seconds! The sauce or juice really is delicious!

amazing- quick, easy, and absolutely delicious! It's great to entertain with. I serve it over crusty bread rubbed with garlic to soak up the extra juice.

Incredibly easy, little prep time. I added mushrooms and some leftover spinach. Tasted wonderful - my family likes it spicy! There were no leftovers!

This is just so delicious. Easy and you can definitely make it in 30 minutes if you have the quick skills and "Tasmanian Devil" qualities.

Rachel is great. Many say you can't cook her meals in 30 minutes, but you can. You just have to be organized and someone who moves fast, as she does.

This is a winner. You just can't go wrong.
