    It's a great recipe. It's my father's favorite! I make it for him for his Birthday, Father's Day, etc. I always use a 1.5 of scallops & shrimp and serve it over angel hair pasta. And leftovers are always great for lunch the next day!

    This recipe was very easy to make and the finish product is outstanding blend of flavors. The sauce is wonderful just by itself with some crusted bread. For little bit of twist to this recipe try serving over pasta.

    I never liked scallops until I tried thhis recipe. It was so easy, but tasted like it took me all day. Great for entertaining.
