I made broccoli instead of asparagus because that's what I had on hand; that said the couscous with chicken and grapes was really good! I didn't have fresh thyme so just used a teaspoon of dried. This really is a fast and simple dinner that does impress and I thought the amounts of chicken, sauce, and couscous were right on. The only thing that I might try different (when it's not for company is to use milk instead of heavy cream like another reviewer did, to see if it would be as good but healthier. Enjoy.

This was amazing! I made it for a dinner party with both the asparagus and roasted brussel sprouts.
I did end up using a little flour to thicken the sauce. Next time I may put a smidge less dijon in it. That flavor could have been just a tad toned down.
Can't wait to make it again.

Awesome recipe. First time I made it into didn't like the cooked grapes. Altered it to add after cooking. Think I omitted the mustard because just didn't have at the time. Either way it's good!

I like to make dinner for the Sunday night duty crews since we're away from our families and still crave home cooked meals instead of fast food. I was nervous making this, but it was a huge hit, especially the asparagus (that was a shock!!! Thanks for an awesome dish to add to the rotation!

I love this recipe, my kids love it too! It is easy to cook and I use whole milk instead of heavy cream. Everyone that I have served it to loves it. I have also served it with egg noodles as my kids (under 11 crowd are not too excited about couscous.

This recipe is great and very easy. Once all the ingredients were ready to go, it truly did only take about 15 minutes to make. I used couscous with pine nuts per other peoples recommendations, which also had mediteranean seasoning, really good! The grapes at the store did not look to good so I did not use them and the dish still came out really good. Instead of grainy stone ground mustard I used Dijon, delicious. Next time to cut back on calories the asparagus do not need as much olive oil and chicken really only needs about 1Tblspoon of butter or butter alternative. I am also going to use not fat yogurt instead of heavy cream and reduced sodium chicken broth. Happy eating! This one is great!
