    The flavor is why I rated it anything above a 2 - the flavors blended well together and were very fresh on a warm day - but - eating wilted spinich just isn't very good to chew on or look at. Might make it again but certainly would not do it over wilted spinich. The only reason I tried this dish is that the carb count is very low. I think it would taste much better over rice - or maybe arugala that is not wilted at all.

    I'll admit that this is a great way to get a good dose of greens. That said, I didn't think the dish was as fabulous as I expected. Mine tasted mostly of lemon, not so much the other flavors. It was very easy & healthy though so in that regard, I'm not complaining!

    My family loved this dish! My very picky 5 year old declared this: Fantastic! I didn't have the full 2 pounds of spinach called for so I added an 8 oz. pkg of presliced white mushrooms. My husband said this dish should be added to our once a week rotation. Thanks Rachael!

    I have made this countless times. It is by far my favorite recipe using spinach because it's sooo scrumptious, super easy to make, and very healthy as well! You have to try it!

    I loved this dish. It has so much flavor. If you like chicken picatta, you must try this. It is very quick and easy also. Perfect weekday meal.

    Sorry Rachael, I love your recipes, but didn't care for this one. It tasted kind of bland and salty and I believe the recipe called for too much lemon and capers
