I hate to say it, but we did not care for this recipe at all, even though we love chicken picatta. Sorry.

The salad was delicious, but I think I put too many capers in it.

I fixed this for dinner tonight. It was delicous! I think it might be better with the chicken placed on baby spinach, and the sauced used as a dressing.

very good! But I marinated the chicken in lemon juice, olive oil salt, pepper and minced garlic for several hours. I don't think the chicken would have been as tasty if I didn't.

I loved it but changed a few things. I used chicken stock along with the white eine and added some flour to thicken the sauce. I also poured it over couscous. It was a great low fat meal!

Very tasty however,I would not add all the spinach to the pan, to wilted I would save 1/2 for plate than add warm dressing. Good job once again Rachel you rock!!!

The lemon infusion really stands out in the spinach salad...so healthy and nutritious, and SIMPLE! We had this as a meal and it was plenty, even without the accompanying pasta (saving that idea for tonight!.

I love spinach, and I saw this on her show and thought it looked easy. oh man. This seriously took no effort and I'm eating now and its yummy!! I added some feta for some extra flavor and wow. Great idea, Rachel! Perfect for a quick dinner for one if you pare it down.
