Well... my boyfriend and I just finished dinner. We both love mushrooms so when I saw this recipe, I knew I had to prepare it.
It was delicious!!!! we loved it!
I made it as a side dish and served it with pan seared pork chops. This recipe is a keeper!!
    Thank you Rachel :-

This was great served with grilled chicken. I think it would go well with just about any meat as a side, probably excellent over some crisp greens. Wonderful flavor, quick and easy. Can't wait until the real fresh tomatoes are in season. I will certainly be making this one again.........

This is by far one of the easiest and most delicious recipes I have found. My husband does not usually eat mushrooms but went back twice for more. We thoroughly enjoyed it as a side with steak. We used what was left over mixed with some angel hair pasta. Absolutely delicious.

I have made this two or three times now and love it over pasta! I didn't have any white wine so I used some Marsala wine (non-sweet to reduce the mushrooms. I added some fresh basil and freshly grated good parma cheese and served it over a little bow tie pasta. This is a keeper for my family as either a main or side dish.

This came out great! I am trying to figure out how to make this a main meal. Maybe put if over some kind of noodle. It would be great over steak or as a side, Thanks Rachel for another quick and great tasting meal!

None of the mushrooms in this recipe (crimini, shiitake, and button are "wild" as the recipe title suggests; they are all cultivated varieties. Wild mushrooms include varieties such as chanterelle, morel, and porcini. They are much more flavorful than the varieties given in this recipe, but are pricier and can be more difficult to find. I didn't catch this episode--did Rachael suggest any actual wild mushrooms on the show?
