This recipe is terrific!! I have a convection oven and that seemed to help get it done before the topping burned. Served it with sushi rice, seaweed wraps, and asparagus!! I'm always looking for recipes without wheat! Thanks!

Simplw, simple, simple... I did bump up the Wasabi and used a bit less mayo, put on low broil and wow. Perfect dish served with greens and couscous, yum-o. Thanks Rach

This was delicious, but my topping started to burn after 5 minutes even though I had the pan pretty far down in the oven. Next time I'll use the low broiler setting. The wasabi mayo is delicious and I think it would be great with steamed artichokes too.

The most simple and tasty dish I've made in years, almost couldn't believe it. Next time I will kick up the wasabe, it seemed to mellow out in the oven. Total KEEPER of a recipe, I could see making this once a month!!

This was so absolutely delicious. I have twin 15 year old sons and they shoveled the fish in their mouth. Yes I said shoveled. My husband and I were like who raised these animals. Rachael great recipe.
