I wish I can give this recipe a ten star... This is one of Rachael Ray best dishes. My whole family loved it sooooo much. I have one daughter who is not fond of fish and when she tasted this fish, she has another opinion towards fish. I will definitely do this dish again and very soon, it was that delicious...

This recipe includes excellent instructions for pan seared salmon! I will be follwing this portion of the recipe regardless of if I make the topping or not.
I'm glad I read the reviews. Appearantly there is a typo in the measurements for the mustard sauce...
I first made the sauce as listed in the recipe and mixed it in with the veggies for a relish. I let this sit over night. Before serving the fish, I made the mustard sauce again, according to the portions listed in earlier reviews. This turned out thicker, and I used the thicker sauce to top the cooked fish, followed by the relish. This is a great recipe for entertaining!

My husband and I are very picky when it comes to fish, and let me just say this did not dissapoint. Very good and easy. I did apple cider vinegar instead of white I don't know if that made a difference it is what I had and I am not changing a thing the next time I make it!
