I have to agree with all the other reviewers, this is a great salmon recipe. My husband couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. I have to say, it was the best salmon I ever made and we love salmon!

Though I dont care for Salmon, I made this for dinner last night with the potatoe cakes. I thought it was going to taste horrible but my husband thought it was delicious and the salmon was cooked just right.

It took me a lot more than 30 min to make both the salmon and potatoe cakes. It seemed my dill dressing was thin but never the less just perfect with the salad and fish. The flavors completed each other.

The negative is that I had a lot of dishes to clean including 3 pots, strainer, 3 bowls for the potatoes, salad and sauce, cutting boards, plus a lot of utensils.

But over all it tasted great and I'll make it again.

Very, very good--can't wait to make for company. When I first read the recipe, I could not figure out what to do with the oil, vinegar, and mustard mixture. (Apparently that is the dill dressing. I mixed it with the cucumber, tomato and onion mixture. Don't think it made any difference. Very easy and quick to make!!!!

This salmon dish couldn't be easier! It's a fantastic fish dish for the summer, with really fresh flavors that all work really well together. Everyone in my family loved it, and I would definitely make it again. I served steamed broccoli on the side and lemon, dill fingerling potatoes to compliment the dill in the salmon's dressing. A definite keeper. Thanks, Rachael! :o

I never review anything, nor do I like a lot of salmon recipes. However, this salmon recipe is extremely easy and extremely delicious, so I felt compelled to review it. My family eats double the amount of salmon we usually do when I make this recipe, and my two year-old loves it. I substitute japanese rice wine vinegar for the vinegar in the recipe, which gives it a bit more kick.

We are looking for healthy ways to prepare salmon so we watched this episode. It seemed so easy we decided to try it. It was so delicious, we had it the next day too! The ingredients are always on hand and the instructions for preparation are easy to follow. The cooking time for the salmon is exact for our taste. We bought frozen salmon at Sam's so we could make this often. The only thing I would change is the amount of mustard and may back off a little on the vinegar. That is just our personal preference. Keep em coming Rachel! We are trying to eat healthy and will try more lke this!
