Watched the show yesterday and made for dinner last night. It was wonderful. Flavors were great. My husband and I loved the combination of the dill sauce and the chopped fresh veggies on the top! Used wild sockye Salmon from Alaska...yummy and healthy, too. This recipe is a perfect 10!

The Bay seasoning really perks up the Salmon.

Also - I placed the chopped veggies on a bed of lettuce and used the sauce as dressing - it was really good. And hubby - who only likes bottled dressings - really liked it. Make sure you use plenty of dill as that is what makes the dressing good.

A quick and easy meal to prepare that is very tasty.

I just made this for dinner tonight and I actually had thirds. The flavor combinations were absolutely perfect! l did add a splash of lemon juice to the dill dressing, but aside from that, I followed the recipe to the T. A definite must try!
