My boyfriend and I loved this so much he requested a repeat just 2 weeks later (very unusual for him. I did substitute greek yogurt for cream and a mix of nutmeg and cinnamon for the cardamon as I didn't have either.

Excellent recipe, made a slightly healthier version using non fat plain greek yogurt instead of cream and omitted the cardamom. This was great!!

This was delicious! We added some grilled chicken and made it into a meal. Only made 2 small substitutions: cardamom for 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and cream for 2 tablespoons of greek yogurt. Really great healthy dinner.

I've made this recipe over a dozen times and everyone loves it. I felt the dressing was a little runny the first time though. When I made it the second time, I did not have any cream, but did have Lite Cool Whip. So I didn't add the honey and used a couple tablespoons of Lite Cool Whip. I like it a lot better because it makes the dressing a little bit creamier.

So easy and tastes so very fresh. The flavors are super. Who would think that dill with cardamom would be so tasty together.

I made the salad with the almond crusted chicken and it was all a hit! I put a little too much lemon juice and not enough honey in my dressing. It was a bit too tangy for me but everyone seemed to love the combo with the lemon and dill so if you are a lemon fan, go for it! Great recipe though and beautiful when plated as Rachel describes!

Is there another spice instead of caramom to use in the epic dressing? I do not like that at all!!!

The dressing on this salad is the best.
Everybody who tried it truly liked it. I had never eaten Gala apples before and was pleased with how good they are. Will be making this salad again and will very likely make the dressing for other salads as well.
