My brunch guests really enjoyed this salad. I think I added a touch more honey to the dressing (perhaps I added too much vinegar? and left out the dill, as I am not a dill fan, but it was good without it! No-one felt like it was missing anything. The Gala apples were a great texture for this dish. The leftovers held up the next day, as well. I think perhaps it could even be prepared the night before, if needed. Thanks again, Rachael.

The salad ingredients are readily available and not so unusual, but the dressing is very special with a compelling flavor additive of cardamon, that makes the salad unique.

This is the best Waldorf Salad I have ever eaten. I made it after watching the show and both myself and my sister loved every bite.

This was so simple and easy to make. This would be great for everyday family meals and get-togethers. I'm going to start packing this in our lunch boxes, too. It would only take about 15 minutes in the morning.

I have made this salad for my family and guests, and everyone loves it. As a matter of fact, I had to print out this recipe for guests because they loved the salad so much.

Did not enjoy this dish. Spent a lot of money to make it and we barely ate a bite of it. Expected to white creamy dressing like this salad usually has and it was nothing like that.

I cannot say enough about this salad...TRIPLE YUMM-O on the dressing! I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to serving it for a casual dinner party. My boyfriend did not like the combo of fruit and veggies together (he likes very traditional salads, but he said he just had to eat it anyway, b/c the dressing was so terrific! We plan to make the dressing again and again for all sorts of salads.
