This was so good, my husband went bananas after we ate it. Also, this kind of recipe is perfect because my husband and I are trying to keep our weight up. Well done!

Sandwiches came out great although I did make some changes. i omitted the paprika, waterchess nuts and gouda cheese (b/c i could not find it. Instead, I used mozzarella cheese. My husband enjoyed them!

I loved this recipe. Great ingredients and very easy to make. I used small wheat rolls instead, but it was so surprising how great the flavor was even without any mayo or mustard. I am so used to regular chicken sandwiches, and this was a great twist on tradition.

    Thanks Rachel!!!!

This was a great combination of flavors. I never would have thought to put watercress on the top! I did add mayonnaise to the sandwich for some added moisture.

I had to try it because the combination looked pretty disgusting - but to my amazement it was actually good! I'm keeping this one!
