    I made this the other night with toasted wheat pita triangles and it was yummy. I didn't have any mint so I left it out and it still came out good. The recipe makes a LOT of dip (much too much for one or two people. I did find that the garlic tends to overpower the beans if you use too much. Overall yummy quick snack!
