Thought it was ok...I would like to see nutrition facts as many others have said before...I think next time I am going to slice up a tomato and add it as a topping, or maybe sundried tomatos. I give it a 3 item not reviewed by moderator and published
The key to this recipe is quality, fresh ingredients. I absolutely love Rachael's recipes, this one was no exception. I was new to the whole 'white pizza' thing so this was over the top for me! Pizza without tomato sauce, what??? Turns out it was just as delicious and a crowd pleaser! And for the record, I couldn't even boil water before I started using Rachael Ray's recipes! ;) item not reviewed by moderator and published
This recipe is truly gross and i love Rachael Ray. I will never make it again and think there needs many additions to make it good. (very bland item not reviewed by moderator and published
I agree that the meals should include information like calories and carbs. I'm diabetic and I need to keep in mind the carbs especially and the calories per serving. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I sometimes use more garlic that is grated so fine that it is a paste. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I found this recipe under low calorie recipes-however, no where does it list any of that information. Everything I bought I tried to do it all lower calorie, I bought the part skim Ricotta & the skim milk mozzerella, but was unable to find whole grain or wheat dough. I am going to make this pizza tonight with 1/2 of the ricotta cheese and also add grilled chicken. I will only be having 1 small slice with my salad and fruit as I can only estimate the calorie intake. I find it unfortunate that the recipes I have found in the "low calorie" section of this site do not have any nutritional information. I will not use very many of the recipes for that reason. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I love white pizza and was apprehensive about not prebaking the crust a little. It needed it. My pizza was limp as can be and bland to boot. With a lot of tweaking this could be edible. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I wasn't sure about this recipe but I decided that it seemed it would be easy enough for me. I'm a picky eater but this recipe had very recognizable ingredients and so I thought I would give it a try. I like it a whole lot, my mom did too. I think I will add black olives next time and try that! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I wasn't sure how big my crust was supposed to be, but the rocotta was just too thick. But overall, it was really good. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I read most of the reviews before making this pizza and thought I would follow other cooks advice and add to the recipe. I added sauted onion and mushrooms, sausage and added fresh thyme to the ricotta. I forgot to put on the fresh basil but as much as I like Basil, I'm sure that would not have added the needed punch this pizza needed. My husband said it was very bland, didn't have much taste and didn't want it again. I have to agree with him...sorry I made it! item not reviewed by moderator and published
While it was certainly easy and fast to make, it was extremely bland. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I thought this would have more flavor, but it truly was bland. Definitely needs some additions. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Easy, easy, easy! Simple, but delicious. A great weeknight dinner. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This was "less-than-30-minute-meal" at its best! I added some other fresh herbs from my garden, and my 7 year-old son had great fun helping. I'll definitely make this again. It's a keeper! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Along with being a very picky eater my husband has a hard time eating things with tomato because it bothers his stomache. He LOVES pizza but can rarely eat it anymore because of the sauce. I made this last night and added pepperoni to it. He said he couldn't tell a difference. He loved it!!! I was shocked! Very good pizza, would feel very comfortable fixing this for guests! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I thought that the recipe sounded a little plain for my taste so I also added 1 box of chopped spinach and 1 can of chopped artichokes. With these additions, I would make this pizza again. item not reviewed by moderator and published
I can't believe this recipe is so amazing. i love it so much. rachael u rock item not reviewed by moderator and published
i loved this dish and it was so easy to make! item not reviewed by moderator and published
This pizza is AMAZING! For those of you that didn't like it, maybe you should try again/follow the directions more closely, or add you own ingredients to make it suit your own taste. If you don't like this recipe, it just means that you and Rachael have different tastes. But you don't have to be so nasty and completely bash her as a person. I love you Rachael, I think you're amazing! Keep up the good work! item not reviewed by moderator and published
real easy to make i made it ahead of time left in frig. Took out pizza half hour, set time before cooking , wife really loved it and i also enjoyed ,im the cook in the family. thank so much, Dave item not reviewed by moderator and published
So, I made some homemade, organic, wheat dough for this, and I rolled it out nice and thin. 425 seems a little too high for this, and, since I intend to make another one a little later tonight, I think I'll try for 375. 20 minutes is also too long, too. I left mine in for 14 minutes, and, any longer and the top would have been too browned. The taste is really delicious, but I'm thinking, when I make the one later tonight, I'll thinly slice some roma tomatoes for the top. Like Rachael'd say--Yum-o! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Next time I make this, I will add spices to the ricotta mixture. item not reviewed by moderator and published
This is a great pizza for kids who don't like red sauce. This is so simple. My youngest loves to help make it and even adds her own flair. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Very good and very easy! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Better than the white pizza from my local pizzeria! item not reviewed by moderator and published
Different twist! Loved it! Will make again! item not reviewed by moderator and published
It's good, but doesn't have much of a taste to it. Definately needs something else on it with a little more flavor item not reviewed by moderator and published
This pizza was too bland (unless your a smoker you will probably agree). I added garlic, salt, pepper, even Basil Pesto and it still wasn't enough to give it enough flavor for me to want to make again. It has potential if you add your favorite seasonings (not herbs). item not reviewed by moderator and published
If this is what you can come up with in 30 minutes then I'd rather take more time to cook or go out to eat, no thanks! item not reviewed by moderator and published
You can make this as a snack or a meal. item not reviewed by moderator and published
My publicist is in big trouble for booking me on Rachel's new talk show. I didn't even know who she was until recently, but I had to plug my movie. But, I can't believe the craptastic pizza she tried to feed me. What did I do to deserve this? That hodge podge strange looking set is missing one thing, a sign that says "please don't feed the celbrities". -- Tim Allen item not reviewed by moderator and published
Today was the last straw for me! I saw this episode of 3 mediocre pizza recipes months ago on Food Network. So, WHY did Rachael make these pizzas yet again on her new talk show today, and WHY are these recipes in her "NEW" cookbook??!! Her shows are all a waste of time and her books are a waste of money! Her former fans are all starting to wake up and finally realize that!Today was the last straw for me! I saw this episode of 3 mediocre pizza recipes months ago on Food Network. this was the BEST pizza i am not a big pizza fan but this was GREAT!!!! THANKS RACHEL you ROCK!!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I thought the pizza came out pretty tasty but without the red sauce, it seemed a little plain. I would make it again though. item not reviewed by moderator and published
My whole family loved this pizza. The only problem was that we really needed to spray the stone with Pam first, because the dough stuck to it and made a mess. I was told by a friend later that if I had put a little corn starch or corn meal on the stone before I placed the dough it could have saved my pizza. But, even though it got stuck and didn't look pretty after it got to the plates, it still disappeared from the pan. That meant my family liked it!!!! item not reviewed by moderator and published
I jazzed this up with more garlic and some other stuff as well, because I read reviews that indicated that it was a little boring. item not reviewed by moderator and published
The pizza turned out great looking, but it is justa bit bland. Maybe a tad bit more salt or some other flavorings will help. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Not very flavorful, certainly not as good as other pizza on this show item not reviewed by moderator and published
Rachael really does a great job with this white pizza. My mom and i have always looked for alternatives to the standard marinara slathered pizza, and thid is it. Even mhy meat eater husband enjoyed this delightfully meatless pizza. item not reviewed by moderator and published
there was way to much ricotta cheese and there was really not much taste to this pizza. oh well. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Perhaps the crust I used was too small. The pizza was too cheesy and didn't really have a flavor to catch on to. It needed something a bit bold. item not reviewed by moderator and published
Quick and easy to make. Flavors blended very nicely. I added a few sliced Roma tomatoes for extra color and flavor. I also finely chopped the basil before sprinkling that on top. It's not quite as pretty as whole leaves but distributes the flavor of the basil more evenly and is easier to eat. item not reviewed by moderator and published
very bland indeed. item not reviewed by moderator and published
