    Thought it was ok...I would like to see nutrition facts as many others have said before...I think next time I am going to slice up a tomato and add it as a topping, or maybe sundried tomatos. I give it a 3

    The key to this recipe is quality, fresh ingredients. I absolutely love Rachael's recipes, this one was no exception. I was new to the whole 'white pizza' thing so this was over the top for me! Pizza without tomato sauce, what??? Turns out it was just as delicious and a crowd pleaser! And for the record, I couldn't even boil water before I started using Rachael Ray's recipes! ;

    I agree that the meals should include information like calories and carbs. I'm diabetic and I need to keep in mind the carbs especially and the calories per serving.

    I sometimes use more garlic that is grated so fine that it is a paste.

    I found this recipe under low calorie recipes-however, no where does it list any of that information. Everything I bought I tried to do it all lower calorie, I bought the part skim Ricotta & the skim milk mozzerella, but was unable to find whole grain or wheat dough. I am going to make this pizza tonight with 1/2 of the ricotta cheese and also add grilled chicken. I will only be having 1 small slice with my salad and fruit as I can only estimate the calorie intake. I find it unfortunate that the recipes I have found in the "low calorie" section of this site do not have any nutritional information. I will not use very many of the recipes for that reason.

    I love white pizza and was apprehensive about not prebaking the crust a little. It needed it. My pizza was limp as can be and bland to boot. With a lot of tweaking this could be edible.

    I wasn't sure about this recipe but I decided that it seemed it would be easy enough for me. I'm a picky eater but this recipe had very recognizable ingredients and so I thought I would give it a try. I like it a whole lot, my mom did too. I think I will add black olives next time and try that!

    I wasn't sure how big my crust was supposed to be, but the rocotta was just too thick. But overall, it was really good.

    I read most of the reviews before making this pizza and thought I would follow other cooks advice and add to the recipe. I added sauted onion and mushrooms, sausage and added fresh thyme to the ricotta. I forgot to put on the fresh basil but as much as I like Basil, I'm sure that would not have added the needed punch this pizza needed. My husband said it was very bland, didn't have much taste and didn't want it again. I have to agree with him...sorry I made it!
