So, I made some homemade, organic, wheat dough for this, and I rolled it out nice and thin. 425 seems a little too high for this, and, since I intend to make another one a little later tonight, I think I'll try for 375. 20 minutes is also too long, too. I left mine in for 14 minutes, and, any longer and the top would have been too browned. The taste is really delicious, but I'm thinking, when I make the one later tonight, I'll thinly slice some roma tomatoes for the top. Like Rachael'd say--Yum-o!

This is a great pizza for kids who don't like red sauce. This is so simple. My youngest loves to help make it and even adds her own flair.

It's good, but doesn't have much of a taste to it. Definately needs something else on it with a little more flavor

This pizza was too bland (unless your a smoker you will probably agree. I added garlic, salt, pepper, even Basil Pesto and it still wasn't enough to give it enough flavor for me to want to make again. It has potential if you add your favorite seasonings (not herbs.

If this is what you can come up with in 30 minutes then I'd rather take more time to cook or go out to eat, no thanks!
