Excellent meal! I made this for the first time for a dinner party and was unsure how well a variety of mushrooms would be received so I used only portabellas. The quesadillas were wonderful and eveyone loved the salsa. My family even asked for me to make more black bean salsa tonight.

Made the salsa only for a taco party. Went great with chicken, beef and shrimp tacos! I cut the BBQ sauce a little and added some Yoshida's instead so it wouldn't be quite so smoky tasting. Also added the juice from 1/2 lime for a good fresh flavor. My kids loved it, too!!!

This recipe is so good. It is the perfect combo of gourmet and easy. IMy roomate made it for our girlfriends for our Christmas party and now I am making it tonight for my New Years get together!

This recipe may convert me to a Rachel fan!! Creative combination of ingredients. I used more mushrooms only because I like them so much; also added a little broth to loosen up the salsa. This one is a keeper to take to any party.

After some of the reviews I was a little scared to try it but we really liked it! We added peppers and onions to it to bulk it up a bit - I think next time we'll add some red pepper flakes to give it more of a kick.

I used fresh corn, fresh pinto bean and cilantro for the salsa. This salsa is good on many things. Next time, I will try it with chipotle sauce.

I don't typically like strong cheese, but the extra sharp cheddar with mushrooms is awesome! My husband is a huge fan of the salsa as well and already asked me to make it again soon!

I actually only made the salsa and I brought it to a party. I was looking for something different, and just hoping it tasted good. This was fantastic! The barbeque sauce really added something new but delicious to the salsa. Everyone who tried it absolutely loved it and it was gone within an hour! I will make this frequently.
