    I actually only made the salsa and I brought it to a party. I was looking for something different, and just hoping it tasted good. This was fantastic! The barbeque sauce really added something new but delicious to the salsa. Everyone who tried it absolutely loved it and it was gone within an hour! I will make this frequently.

    This recipe was phoenomenal! We are vegetarians and my husband and 3 year old son inhaled this! I even make the quesadillas for lunch now. They're great with any mushrooms, not just the ones in the recipe. I use regular white mushrooms and they taste just as good. This is one of my favorite recipes and is now a regular weekly meal!

    This really should be a 4 and a half star review because the quesadilla isn't anything to write home about but the salsa is out of this world worth six stars really. Make the salsa but find something else to dip in it.

    This recipe was easy to make and so tasty! People loved that I had something so different at a bbq instead of just the standard side dishes. I had a lot of the salsa left over because I made a double batch and I used it later over cooked chicken tenders.

    These quesadillas have become a staple at our house. They are wonderful! And the black bean salsa is a meal in and of itself. Very good.

    amigos, TRY THIS RECIPE! it is SOOOOO worth cutting up all those mushrooms. and the salsa is delicious too, but i didn't use barbeque sauce in mine.

    by the way i actually WASHED the mushrooms (gasp but they were perfectly fine! so have no fear of mushroom-washing.
