I was not happy with how this tasted at all. My boyfriend was polite and ate it, but I would never make this again.

Just fixed this with the haddock and bacon recipe and it was literally outrageous! Our entire family raved about how good everything was. I seldom get this enthusiastic about recipes but this was too good not to share the news!

but hold the salt...you only need 1 pinch instead of 2 and use dry white wine and not the bottled cooking wine.

I do not think that I will make this again, although it was quick and simple.

This dish was so quick and easy, I was amazed at how yummy it was. The spinich flavor comes through boldly against the garlic and wine. Have a nice bread to sop up the sauce that's left on your dish - you won't want to miss it. I made it to accompany a fish/pasta dish I was trying from EveryDay Italian. I felt like we were eating out it was so good! Thanks Rachael!

I really enjoyed this spinich recipe. It was very different and very tasty! However, it was a little too "different" for the entire family to enjoy. I probably won't make it again for that reason.
