I made this pizza for my husband and my sister because I typically don't care for buffalo chicken, but it smelled so good and looked so delicious that I decided to have a slice. We all LOVED it! My husband said it was by far the best thing I've cooked in the four months we've been married. So many great flavors between the chicken/sauce and the cheeses. Better than any take-out pizza I've ever had. I will definitely be making this again and again.

Delicious. Made it with half a bag of the prepared piza dough from the grocery store. Instead of the Worcestershire and hot sauce substituted 1/4 cup of Tabasco Buffalo wing sauce and cut down the tomato sauce to 1/2 cup. Also used red onions instead of scallions. Chopped Celery addition suggested by another reviewer added nice crunch. To intensify the blue cheese/cut the spiciness added about a teaspoon of Marie's Lite Blue Cheese dressing drizzled over the slice just before serving. My husband loved it too remarking that "it was the real deal" buffalo style flavor. Will make again soon. Thanks for the recipe Rachael!

Omitted the worcestershire sauce because that didn't sound good to me and thought the pizza was great! Took a fellow reviewers suggestion and added diced up celery when the pizza came out of the oven. YUMM-O as Rach would say

Very tasty Buffalo pizza with little effort and little expense. However, I made the sauce with Worcestershire as indicated and did not like the taste and had to pitch it. Remade it without and it was great!!! Used Wolfgang Puck's pizza dough recipe and made individual pizza pies to please everyone.

This is really good!! BUT, I was not happy with how it turned out as the recipe was written. 18 minutes was way too long for my oven. I typically check pizza as it is cooking but with all the toppings I assumed the time would be fine and got distracted cleaning the kitchen...FAIL. The second time I made this recipe 13 min was perfect. Also, I felt it didn't have enough sauce following the recipe as written. The second time I made it I doubled the sauce and that was much better! I used rotiserre chicken and served with [low-fat] ranch dressing for dipping. Yum!

Just loved this recipe! Because I'm a Buffalonian, I speak from certainty that no authentic Buffalo wings are served here without the requisit celery! A wonderful addition to this pie is a sprinkling of chopped celery AFTER it comes out of the oven. It gives great texture, flavor and coolness to the heat (we like it spicy too! I used boneless chicken thighs which added more chicken flavor. A staple for Saturday/ football nights for sure. Thx Rachael!
