Delicious and healthy. It has become our new favorite Halloween tradition meal to make.

We made this when we first saw it on 30 minute meals two years ago. Since then it is tradition to make on Halloween - and at least one or two other times during the year. My husband does not like hoisin sauce so I switch it out for soy sauce.

I haven't made it yet but I'm goin to! You can bet on that. I love Rachel Ray's 30 minute meal show. I watch it whenever I can. My mom on the other hand, doesn't really like it that much. But, I didn't say she doesn't LOVE the recipes!! One time I made Rachel's Cheesy Hashbrowns [delish] and she ate those, and this pasta, I forgot the name, but it has bacon, veggatables, cheese, pasta and alot of other stuff. But, it is the BOMB!!!! Even better the second time! I love it! Can't wait to try this!!!!

I made this for some friends and my 6 year old, and they loved it! My 6 year old would not eat the "eye balls" but she loved the noodles so much she just sucked them right up!

This is a great recipe and very versatile. I have changed up the veggies using whatever I have left on hand, just chop in the same size. I have found that the meatballs are time consuming sometimes, a great alternative (and one my son likes better are Aidel's Chicken Meatballs, the Teriyaki and Pineapple Variety. Either way, it is yummy and a great alternative to the stand by of spaghetti and meatballs...(plus this way the veggies are in the meal already, no need for a salad!

the pasta and veggies were great but the chicken meat balls turned out to be VERY dry. I ended up picking them all out and seving the pasta vegitarian style. It had great flavor.

The meatballs were really REALLY good. I wasn't nuts about the pasta, but maybe it's bcz I didn't have bucatini and used linguini instead. Anyway, who cares! The meatballs were so good.

I would definitely make them for an appetizer just by rolling them a little smaller and serving them w/ dipping sauces of tamari with sesame oil and garlic chili sauce.

Try these eyeballs! They're not shweaty, but they're yummy!

I was leary of the recipe for the eyeballs because it was too easy. I couldn't imagine how it would have much flavor. Well, they were great! They were also fast and easy. The hoisin sauce, ginger and garlic gave great flavor for a low fat meat. The only adjustment I made was to use tamari instead of salt to mix into the meatballs to give a little more flavor.

I did not like the ground chicken meatballs, but I liked the rest of it. I think I will try it again just using chunks of chicken breast instead, I don't need the round meatballs since I don't call it worms and eyeballs (I have a little girl and that is definently not a name that will make her want to eat this
