A great way to finish a meal with a tasty dessert. I used blended strawberry yogurt and canned pineapple chunks and bananas, left out the strawberries and nuts. I never thought about using yogurt in a dessert but it was yummy.

I tried this recipe and I loved it. I have a problem with eating to many sweets. Now I have something sweet that I can eat and it is healthy.
