Delicious way to use up that zucchini that you picked (or bought and just don't want to eat straight-up again! I did my pizza traditional-style and just mimicked Rachel's Zucchinironi with the olive oil, garlic, italian seasoning, and red pepper. Yum!

You did it again Rach!!! You took something that I'm not fond of and made it not only edilble but taste so much like the real thing that I will never order pizza as takeout again!!!! It really did taste like pepperoni. I love so many of your recipes. Keep them coming.

I made this pizza for my husband and I to try, thinking the kids wont like it at all. We gave each of them a bite, and if they hadn't already seen the zucchini, they would have been convinced it was pepperoni. I'm not a big pepperoni fan from the fat standpoint, but this is an incredible alternative. I also used smoked gouda as a previous reviewer suggested simply because I'm not a fresh mozzarella fan. I also put a little layer of pesto on ours. I will definately do this again for the whole family, and not make a kid pizza at all.

A great way to get a lot of flavor for a vegitarian pizza.

Truly delicious. The zucchini holds so much flavor that I now prefer it over grocery store pepperoni. And it works perfectly with the smoked mozzerela.

At first, the kids made a face when I said the word "zucchini" -- but after they tried a bite, it was all raves after that. They ask me to make this once a month at least.

I am only 13 years old and I made this pizza with my mom. It was excelent. I don't like vegetables that much, but this pizza I loved. It was super easy. I now have a new favorite food. It's great!!!!

We were surprised at how good this turned. We used a Boboli crust and fresh mozzerella (we don't like smoked. It smells more like pepperoni than it tastes like pepperoni but it tastes GREAT. Not sure about the 30 minute thing -- maybe next time when I'm more prepared for it!

I'm not a big zucchini fan but this pizza tastes great. The zucchini had a real nice "bite" to it....Worth trying if your not into zucchini.
