    This recipe is fairly simple, although I did take a bit longer than 30 minutes. The longest time was spent making the veal dumplings. The flavor is pretty good, but it is a bit heavy.

    I love soups but my husband isn't usually a big fan esp. for dinner. He and I both LOVED this one. I've been wanting to make it for a while and finally made it last night. Absolutely a keeper!
