My family loved this stoup. It was easy to make and very delicious. This recipe is now part of my permanent collection. I think cooking this stoup will always bring fond memories to my family for years to come.

The soup was pretty good overall; I really loved the kick the lemon zest added. It definitely took longer than expected, however, so I'd plan for about an hour total prep and cook time.

I made it for Easter, and it was wonderful. I even think you could probably do it in 30 minutes. I went easy on adding the Gremolata, and it was just great. I will make it again.

This soup is EVERYTHING Ms. Ray says it is. My 19 month old even liked it. My husband suggested making it a little thicker, but took that back when we had it "leftover" for the next day. I recommend this soup BIG TIME!

    Have a great one.

The soup is very easy to make, but the topping of garlic, anchovies, and parsley is a must have. Loved it.
