While acknowledging that the directions in the recipe are somewhat mixed up, with a little common sense (an realizing you'll have arthichoke hearts left over you can figure it out. Ha d a small dinner party and even won over someone who didn't think he liked artichokes. His wife couldn't believe it! Definitely worth figuring out the recipe.

This recipe was fabulous....
I just used regular canned in water artichokes...
The aioli was SUPER easy to make and the only change I'd make would be to make half the recipe - there was lots left over....
The end product was delicous!

I have been to the firefly after I watched this episode. This recipe is awesome. In fact, I think it was better at home than at the firefly. Spicier at home. Delicious!!!

In a large bowl, combine the artichokes, lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, salt, parsley, coriander seeds, and hot sauce; mix well. Refrigerate and marinate overnight.
And then what??? This mixture is not mentioned again in the instructions.
It 'could' be good.
