- About 1 (2-ounce) fresh piece sole, diced into small pieces
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 Peruvian aji pepper, julienned
- Dash sea salt
- Dash freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup Peruvian lime juice
Directions
