I thought that 4T of salt and pepper seemed like too much so I only used 1T of each and was glad that I did. I was looking for a duck recipe that was something other than roasting the duck so I made this recipe with breast and legs and substituted the cheese for Havarti since I had it on hand and they were delicious! Even my brother who has a strict diet of Quiznos and steak wanted a second one :
