Absolutely delicious and surprisingly easy..I diced an onion and added 2 cloves of chopped garlic- used chorizo, shrimp and chicken breast chopped up with cajun spices- and a package of yellow rice that was already seasoned and it was great. It definitely is a dish I will double or triple and serve to company.

We were stuck in a dinner rut and this definitely kicked us out it with some Cajun flair! Very good and easy. I toned down the spice and served it on the side for my kids. My youngest is two and was shoveling the rice and chicken in his mouth.

Always stop at Bahama Breeze in Las Vegas when we're there. We went again Christmas Eve 2010 and I ordered their paella. Their food is always great, but this dish was incredibly tasty and wonderful -- my family members kept helping themselves to fork-fulls of my plate it was so good! What a delightful surprise to come home to AZ, look up a recipe to hopefully get close to their perfection, and to find you actually have their recipe. Thanks!

I made this for a group of friends and EVERYONE raved about how delicious it was! I made it in less than 1 hour, let it sit on the stove top for 1 hour and then served it. GREAT dish for new cooks!

I've made other recipes for Paella and none have been as good. This is so easy and my husband loved it. I added a couple of plum tomatoes and some roasted red pepper, which just made it look prettier. I think it's great to just add whatever seafood you like.

This is the first time I have ever made Paella and it turned out better than I thought it would. Very easy and healthy. My husband said it is one of his favorite dishes that I make. I am keeping this recipe for sure!

I am not a Paella recipe but just wanted to try something new that would satisfy my craving. This recipe was tasty, adaptable and pretty easy. I LOVE IT!!!

This is very simple to make if you buy the shrimp already peeled and deveined...I added 2 cloves of minced garlic and a medium onion, diced, to the pot.

Left out the fish and doubled the amount of rice. Turned out wonderfully.
