    Though it may not be 100% authentic, most recipes in the US aren't. And to be honest, I don't want it that way. I'm Italian, first gen in the states, and I don't cry when I see things like pumpkin gnocchi. It tastes good, the chorizo adds a real depth of flavor that I think enhances the dish over paella that I had in Barcelona. I like it. It's delicious. It's not authentic, but it's wonderful. I highly recommend, so long as you feel that you don't have to do penance afterwords.

    Please leave the chorizo from this dish...im spaniard this recipe its original from here, and never...NEVER add chorizo to this dish...sacrilege
