My family loves this recipe. I coat the tuna with sesame seeds before searing to add a little "tombo" to the recipe. As with other salsas, garden grown tomatoes are best.

So easy and tasty! My fiance thought it was restaurant quality... I served it with some avocado wedges for presentation and it went well with the salsa...

I love seared ahi and this is the best recipe yet. I served this over a bed of mixed fresh greens with the avocado and salsa. It's amazing. So light, fresh and YUMMO

After seeing Rachel Ray in SF I figured I'd give some of her recipes a shot. This was easy and made me forget the dark cold wet English weather outside real fast. If you're makin for one you can quarter the sauce quantities and keep the tuna weight as it is.
