I've never made onion rings before so this was great for my first try! I added some "Baby Bam" (from Emeril to the flour mixture to season it up and it gave great flavor. I also shallow fried the onions since I don't have a deep fryer. And then of course seasoned with salt as soon as I took them out of the oil. Will definitely try again!

Awesome...crunchy yet not too greasy...this recipes is a keeper, and I have tried a lot of onion ring recipes!

Great recipe - easy but messy.....light batter......definitely would make it again. I used crab seasoning (quite a bit of it in the flour mixture and it really added LOTS of flavor to it. My 4 yr. old grandson was lickin his fingers and loved it!!!!

Definitely a good and easy-to-do onion ring recipe. Gets even better if you double batter them -- Gotta love 'em extra crispy!!

I tried the recipe and the batter was bland so of course I added my own special house seasonings. But other than that it was pretty good. Simple and quick.
