  1. Melt butter in the pressure cooker (without top.) Add peppers, onion, garlic and saute until translucent. Add 3 cups of stock, kidney beans and remainder of ingredients. Pressure cook according to manufacturer's directions. Cook rice separately, according to package directions. Serve beans on hot, cooked rice.;
