Easy, light, fresh and delicious! The avocado relish would be great on grilled fish or pork too. Chicken had just the right flavor and leftovers will be great sliced on salads. It's a keeper! Didn't roast tomatillos - no instructions about this, and they were good in the relish.

The dish was quite easy to prepare. The salsa and chicken marinade complimented each other well. A great meal to prepare for friends/casual evening.

This recipe is so easy. I was so happy my local market carried tomatillos. I was thrilled with the results.

We were disappointed - I had to use a different chili poweder than the one listed in the recipe - it just was OK. Actually, the chicken was better the reheated the second time. The salsa was good and a good use for tomatillos - I may make the salsa (more of a guacamole again

This recipe was phenominal. So fresh, so flavorful! We used boneless chicken breasts. I was worried that the flavor would be too strong, but it was perfect. My fiance kept making "mmmmmmm" sounds the entire time he was eating. We both decided this recipe was a definite keeper!
