It was the best cupcake i had ever had, the cupcake it self was very fiery, and i ended up not doing the cinnamon cream cheese frosting, i just made regular cream cheese frosting and that seemed to tone down the "fiery" of the cupcake, and kind of ends it on a high note, but if you want that extra spice with the cinnamon cream cheese frosting go for it. And the aroma smelt soso good.

Absolutely delicious! The cake definitely has a kick but it's moist, spongy and scrumptious. I think my frosting came out a little bit too spicy only because the cake was spicier than I anticipated so I wished the frosting was more cooling. But each bite taste like you're eating red hot candies which I really like. Needless to say, there were a hit and I didn't even have crumbs left to take home when the party was done. Next time, I'm doubling the batch ;-

I've only recently taken up cupcake making and found this recipe so went for it. I must say it's the most beautiful batter I've made to date and the cupcakes peel right out of the paper cups seamlessly. A bit too spicy for me, but that is easy to adjust. I'm going to frost tomorrow and can't wait to see the finished product!!

This is a great cupcake. Very moist and tasty. The frosting is yummy however the icing is way to runny to decorate with. I had to add lots of corn starcth to decorate with My a favorite in my home!

I adored this recipe. I left out the schnapps because I'm a bit scatterbrained, but it still turned out amazing!!! I would recommend this to anyone who likes a little fire!
