Even better the second day! It thickens up overnight. This recipe has wonderful flavor.

I don't have much experience with lentils...but I chose this recipe as a guide line...that is, I didn't have everything it called for and added a few other things....but it came out wonderfuly! I will make again and again! Next time, I'll have some ginger on hand! and I used water instead of the broth it called for....I don't know the difference if I had used the right things....but this was really good!

This was very simple to make but had loads of flavor...my husband and I loved it. Lick-the-bowl good!

This was a very easy recipe, my family loved it! It also leaves room for a little bit of creativity. I added just a pinch of cayenne pepper for a little spice!

We have been making this for years. everyone in our family loves it! You can omit the bulgur and reduce the water/broth as well.
