What a yummy combination of flavors and textures. Ate it almost every night for a week! I too have switched things up a bit, real good with gorganzla. Making it again tonight with some leftover grilled chicken for a complete meal, can't wait!!

I've made this recepie several times. It is wonderful. I used feta cheese in place of blue cheese. Use whatever you have. Used pears in place of apples. Love the original, but don't let lack of the exact ingredient stop you from making this recipie.

Loved this salad and the Maple dijon dressing is a nice change from honey dijon. Served this at a dinner party and everyone asked for the salad dressin recipe. Definitely a keeper!!!

Another great recipe from PW!! The dressing is so flavorful that you only need a little bit which is good if you are calorie counting.

OMG! This is soooooooooo yummy! I added a little more maple syrup to the dressing because I like my dressings a little sweet. Delish!

I made the dressing exactly as written and it was DELISH!
I varied the salad a bit. I added some chopped, dried figs and some crunchy bits of pancetta.
My company raved about it last night and i just used the dressing again today and will make more for guests I'm having tomorrow. KEEPER!

I made a salad tonight inspired by this recipe. I didn't have any apples, pecans, or dried cranberries but I did have fresh strawberries, blueberries, and walnuts. In making the dressing I used coarse ground grey poupon mustard in place of the dijon (cause it was also what I had on hand. The only other change I made was to add some sliced red onion just cause I thought it needed it.
