This recipe was wonderful !!! Hard part was finding the plum jelly but after going to 3 grocery stores and two orchard/grocery stores we finally found it.

This sauce was amazing. It was my first try using serrano peppers. I had to use plum sauce because I couldn't find plum jelly. I turned off the heat. Then, I added the crushed red peppers and let it set. This sauce was great with beef, pork, chicken, and as a topping for rice. It was great as a dipping sauce. Yum!!

These wings were so good!!!! I cut back on the heat a little by using just 1 serrano and 1 jalapeno and only about 1/2 tsp or so of hot pepper flakes. It had heat but not blow your head off hot! I also substituted plum sauce instead of the plum jelly, couldn't find it. Worked like a charm. Great recipe! Thanks Ree I love love love your recipes!!!!!!

Love this recipe. I used chicken legs instead of wings. Also used grape jelly when I didn't have plum and it turned out ok. Plum has a more authentic flavor but grape was a good substitute.

One of my new favorite wing sauces! I followed the recipe exactly and they came out perfect! I wouldn't change a single thing.

These were fantastic. I have loved each recipe of Ree's that I have tried, and this one was no exception. When my husband went back for seconds, he actually chose more of these rather than his favorite buffalo wings.

i loved this version on the old classic... I just so happen to have a jar of apricot jam in my fridge from a christmas basket...was so happy to finally use it.. i made both this and the classic hot wings for my superbowl party and my friends could not get enough.. loved the peppers, ginger & garlic.. to die for.. again thank you Ree for sharing your love of everything with us... keep the recipes coming...

Definitely a winner! I used apricot jam in place of the plum jelly. Also, I added Franks Asian Zinger hot sauce which is already jelly like sauce. It was phenomenal!! My kids and husband love it and say I could sell this stuff!! Thanks Ree!
