I made these wings tonight and they were delicious. I used peach preserves because I could not find plum jelly. Spicy and sweet with nice flavors. They were very easy to make and my family loved them. Ree's recipes never disappoint!

Love any of Rhee Drummond's recipes! Her's is the first cookbook that I have been willing to buy in 10 years. This recipe is easy and yummy. Used the leftover sauce for ribs and pork chops. Delicious! I had to substitute the plum jam with grape jelly as I was unable to find it at my local store. I also baked off the wings before frying them for a few minutes to get that crispy skin. Received many accolades from the guests at the party that I brought these too!

I haven't tried any of Ree's recipes yet but I just wanted to say that I love, love, love waking up on Saturday morning to watch The Pioneer Woman! She makes being a woman and running a household look so easy! I am definitely trying the brownies and asian hot wings soon.

My husband made thes wings yesterday. We couldn't find the plum jelly so we substitute it for 1/2 cup of grape jelly and 1/4 cup of plum sauce. We also couldn't find rice wine vinegar. We realized that rice vinegar is the same as rice wine vinegar. There are only two words to describe these wings..."The BOMB!" Thanks Ree! I couldn't stop eating them.

My family loves them, we don't always have plum jelly on hand so we usually use orange or whatever else we have on hand. It is always delicious! Thanks Ree!
