These wings are FANTABULOUS!! Only thing I did different was baking the wings at first instead of frying them, then continued on with the recipe. We love sweet & spicy flavors, so this was a big hit. For those of you who have trouble finding plum jelly, I think you could easily use peach or apricot preserves or grape jelly with no problem. It's all good! Thanks, Ree, for knocking another recipe out of the ballpark.

GREAT WINGS! I cook and bake a lot, but I've never made wings before. These sounded wonderful and they were!!! I sent the recipe to a friend across country and she and her son loved them too. Thanks Ree!

Delicious!!!! The sauce for these wings is amazing. My husband doesn't like things too sweet but he adored these wings. They are sticky and yummy! Perfect for everyone.

I love these wings just as much as the classic hot wings. Fantastic flavor! The best part was I already had homemade plum jelly in my pantry.

Made these and Ree's Classic Hot wings for dinner. These were so delicious! We do not have plum jelly in our town, so I substituted the equal amount of apricot jelly and the wings still could not have turned out any better. I have never fried my wings before and this totally made a difference. Hubby loved them as well as my 9 year old daughter. Will definitely make these again! Thanks, Ree!

This sauce was amazing. It was my first try using serrano peppers. I had to use plum sauce because I couldn't find plum jelly. I turned off the heat. Then, I added the crushed red peppers and let it set. This sauce was great with beef, pork, chicken, and as a topping for rice. It was great as a dipping sauce. Yum!!

These wings were so good!!!! I cut back on the heat a little by using just 1 serrano and 1 jalapeno and only about 1/2 tsp or so of hot pepper flakes. It had heat but not blow your head off hot! I also substituted plum sauce instead of the plum jelly, couldn't find it. Worked like a charm. Great recipe! Thanks Ree I love love love your recipes!!!!!!

Love this recipe. I used chicken legs instead of wings. Also used grape jelly when I didn't have plum and it turned out ok. Plum has a more authentic flavor but grape was a good substitute.
