    This, while a nice flavor, is not a corn casserole, it's simply creamed corn that was prepped in the oven instead of a skillet. A casserole is more substantial dish. There are much better corn casserole dishes to be found on this website or by googling.

    Yummy! I replaced the heavy cream with fat free half and half and it was still very tasty. Served it as a side with enchiladas. Will be making this again!

    Sub an 8oz. pkg. of creamed cheese for 1/2 c. heavy cream and add 2 to 3 tsp. of sugar - or - splenda to taste.
    Easy excellent recipe.

    I love the bake creamed corn and peppers. I will bake this again. my daughter tasted it for the first and she loved it. I love looking at your show. thanks for a wonderful recipe.

    This was so good and fresh tasting! I made a smaller amount; 4 ears of corn, so I just sort of eyeballed the amounts of the other ingredients; was a great side! I will definitely use this over and over again.

    I made this for my daughters 41st birthday dinner. Everyone (10 guests raved about how delicious it was. It was very easy to make and I will definitely make it again. It will be one of my go to recipes when I am planning a meal for company. Yummy!!!

    The flavor was wonderful on this casserole. My only concern was the watery quality...was it supposed to be this way. I thought that it would thicken with the cream. I will definitely make it again.
