Delicious. Made this for the first time tonight and followed the directions almost exactly, except that I added garlic and about a teaspoon of sesame oil to the marinade. The flavor was awesome and the meat was extremely tender. Everyone raved about it.

The snow peas make this easy, no prep, just wash. For additional ease, also used the beef pre-sliced for pepper steak. I added some healthy splashes of chicken broth at end to thin out and extend the gravy, it was too thick. I expected that, though, bc all Asian stir fry dishes seem to need that. I added some sesame oil and sesame seeds and chopped cilantro w/the scallions at the end to finish it off. I'll add some garlic next time too.

Delicious!!! I didn't have snow peas so I added some sliced red pepper and mushrooms. I was so pleased with how easy it came together.

Very, Very, Good! It's a great after work dish because it comes together quickly. I didn't have sherry, so used a dry white wine. Also subbed a New York steak that was in the freezer. I also wanted to use some veggies in the fridge, so I added red pepper and some yellow onion to the snow peas. I have enought to take for lunch tomorrow. I can't wait to make this for company.
I didn't have low sodium soy sauce, but will get some for next time. It was just a tad salty. But not overpoweringly so. Love it.

Grrrrreat!! I substituted top sirloin ($3.79 lb. vs flank steak $7.99 lb. and it was awesome. Better than the powdered mixes from the store.

Very good with a nice kick! My husband & I really like this dish. It is super easy to make and it did take me longer than sixteen minutes to make, but that's okay. I added bell pepper and onion and cooked them with the snow peas.

I really enjoyed this recipe, even though it took me an hour and a half to make it, which my husband kept pointing out that Ree said it would take 16 minutes. I followed the recipe exactly except that I forgot the red pepper flakes at then end. My husband didn't care for the snow peas (he said they had no taste - I loved them but he suggests a little garlie to make it perfect. I also think I will double the marinate next time and maybe slice and marinate the beef for a half hour before starting to cook.

Seriously the best recipe! I used flank steak and the meat is unbelievably tender! The marinade is so easy and Delicious! This is better than any Chinese take out and actually quicker! Thanks so much for the recipe! I'll be making it regularly
