    This one is a keeper! It was a hit with my hard to please family and was easy to make. I am not a "go to the butcher very often" girl, but did have to go to find the flank steak. It was worth it. Delicious!

    This was delicious and very easy. It took me longer than 16 minutes only because it was a new recipe. I love recipes that don't have mile long lists of ingredients and don't take alot of time. This fit both with excellent results. Will be putting this in my regular rotation of recipes.

    Very Good!!! You can use the sauce with anything...beef and peppers or broccoli. I used rib eye steak sliced thin, very tender, next time I'll add just a touch of garlic, the jasmine rice is awesome with this.

    Quick and easy dinner. I did make a couple of changes, instead of using cooking sherry I substituted it with apple cider vinegar, and then added water chestnuts. I will definitely be using this recipe again. My family loved it!!

    This recipe is awesome....16 minutes. The flavor is excellent. I changed a couple of things..added 2 red pepper sliced into strips and I doubled the marinate because we like alittle more sauce. The meat was tender and the meal was quick.

    Well I'm making it right now. It is great and easy. My kitchen smells great. It is full of flavor. Thanks for another great recipe. By the way my dad still talks about the Brown Betty Apple. He just loved it.
