A great recipe with a LOT of flavor and not a lot of fat. My family was really impressed! I only added some black pepper at the end. I did use a large cast iron skillet which was suggested and it put a nice color on the beef and peas. The 16 minutes? Yes, from start to finish cooking time was even less, but it took 16 minutes to slice the beef, peel and chop the ginger, and make the sauce. But quick, and could be a weeknight meal. Will make again for sure.

Very flavorful recipe. Made it today after seeing the episode this morning and was craving a different beef dish. Brown sugar, ginger and soy sauce are always a great combination. Easy to make and the 16 minutes is a pretty accurate time..

I watched this show for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I went right to the store and made this dish and it really did only take me 16 minutes and it was delicious. I would not change anything in the recipe and will definetly tell friends it is a must recipe.

We made this tonight according to the recipe except we used London Broil. Very, very good. My family loved it. I made the jasmine rice and stirred in grated lemon zest just before serving. Made 5 large servings.

Wow...I just made this with chicken instead of beef and it's really really good, I also put in a bit of garlic.
