This is the ONLY broccoli cheese soup that has won my family over!!!! It was super easy to make and made the house smell so good that it had my family's taste buds ready to go...and the bread bowl is a fantastic way to to serve this! Thanks Ree!!!! Love your show...it's down to earth!!!

This was easy to make and a big winner with the boys at home. I added ham to the soup like Ree did on the TV episode. I think my boys enjoyed the bread bowls the most.

I made this for my EXTREMELY picky toddler last night and he literally SLURPED it down. I was shocked. The only reason I attempted it was because I saw how much Ree's kids liked it on the cooking show last weekend. This is going in my weekly rotation. I took a video of my kid eating it and wrote a review of the soup on my blog, I Am A Mess....

I used medium cheddar and couldn't be happier with my choice. Left out the ham as he has texture issues. HOME RUN!

WOW! Once again you didn't disappoint, such a simple and tasty soup. The little eaters in my family ate it up (as did the two grown ups!. I used to emulsion blender to chop up the bigger pieces. I willmost certainly make this soup again!

This soup was EXCELLENT! Great flavor and it wasn't difficult. I made it for my family (we have triplet 5 year old girls and we all loved it. I added 2 cans of broth to it because i made a batch of spaetzle to put in it-we like those in our soups. Served it with good crusty bread. Made for a great winter supper. Will keep this recipe for years to come. We love watching you Ree!!!

Easy, fast, and (most importantly DELICIOUS!! Definitely a 'keeper' recipe! Going to just chop the broccoli (instead of pureeing the next time ... will make it both ways....it is yummy!

This soup was very easy to make and very delicious. I didn't puree mine, but chopped my broccoli into small chunks prior to cooking.
