This is going to be one of my favorite recipes. Instead of using cranberrys I used bacon. My husband also used some of the balsamic on his collards and they were awesome! Will be cooking these again!

Awesome the way the balsamic and cranberries blend with the sprouts. They taste great!

This was an awesome recipe! Made it for Christmas dinner and it was a huge hit. Even with the guests that claimed to dislike Brussels sprouts. I will definitely make more of her recipes after trying this one....best part-it was super easy to make!!!

The balsamic dressing was a great compliment to the sprouts; but I couldn't bring myself to add the dried cranberries on after the cooking process was done. However; I can't say we missed them either. The roasted sprouts with the vinegar dressing was excellent on its own,

Be careful with the reduction, it didn't look like it was thickening, so I turned the burner off while I finished another project. It cooled off and was like tar. I heated it back up slowly, but it was now too thick. I will try it again, as this was my fault.

I made these for dinner last night. They are delicious and absolutely beautiful for the holidays -- the combination of red and green jewel tones is perfect for a Christmas dinner. We ate every single one of them and I was wishing I had made a larger batch! They will definitely be a part of my Christmas dinner menu. Another hit from The Pioneer Woman!
