First off, I want to state that I am a confirmed brussel sprout hater. Bitter, sulfur taste/smell. Always figured they tasted like the inside of a volcano. Worst vegetable known to man. Well, mom begged for this today after seeing the show. I made it. And made another veggie for the rest of us. Never did get to the other veggie. THIS IS GREAT!!!! I now understand what all the fuss is about. This dish was delicious - sweet, no sulfur, no bitterness. I LOVED IT!!! The brussell sprouts were tender, tasty, and I actually went back for more. Ree, thank you so much!!!!
